QR access control for every kind of gate

Vehicle QR Stickers for Individuals

Reachable in a minute. Private forever.

Be contactable about your car without publishing your phone number

A QR sticker on your windscreen gives anyone a way to reach you about your parked vehicle — a blocked driveway, headlights left on, a scraped bumper, an ambulance that needs the lane cleared. They scan, you get a call or message, and your mobile number is never shown to them.

The usual alternative is a phone number written on a card on the dashboard. It works, and it also hands your personal number to every stranger who walks past your car, permanently.

How it works

  1. 1Someone scans the code with their phone camera — no app to install
  2. 2The request routes through VeiloScan instead of exposing your number
  3. 3You get a notification and choose whether to take the call
Your mobile number is never revealed
No app needed by the person scanning
Weatherproof, UV-resistant laminate
Works on cars, bikes, trucks and fleet vehicles

Residential Societies & Gated Communities

Retire the register at your gate.

Visitor management, vehicle verification and parking control for RWAs

A complete visitor management system for gated communities. Resident vehicles are verified by QR scan at the gate, expected guests arrive with a code their host generated, walk-ins are recorded in seconds, and the management committee gets a searchable entry log instead of a handwritten book nobody reads.

The paper register cannot be searched, cannot be trusted after the fact, and displays every recent visitor phone number to whoever is next in the queue. Guards recognise resident cars by memory, which stops working the moment the shift changes.

How it works

  1. 1Guard scans the resident vehicle QR and sees the flat it maps to instantly
  2. 2Residents generate a short visitor code and share it with expected guests
  3. 3Entry and exit are both logged, and the committee can filter the record by date, flat or vehicle
Resident vehicle authentication at the gate
Resident-generated visitor codes plus manual walk-in entry
Guard app that keeps working when the gate loses connectivity
Entry and exit logs your committee can search and export

Corporate Campuses & Offices

The gate is the real checkpoint.

Employee vehicle verification and contractor access for corporate sites

Reception software handles people who have already driven onto your property and parked. For any site with its own gate, the vehicle checkpoint is the perimeter that matters. VeiloScan verifies employee vehicles without stalling the morning queue, ties visitor vehicles to the host who invited them, and gives contractors access that expires on its own.

Most corporate security failures are not strangers walking past reception. They are contractors carrying badges from projects that ended eight months ago, and exit records that were never captured, which makes on-site headcount fiction.

How it works

  1. 1Employee vehicles clear the gate on a scan, not a visual check
  2. 2Visitor vehicles are pre-registered against the host they are coming to see
  3. 3Contractor passes carry a start and end date and expire without anyone revoking them
Employee vehicle verification across multiple gates
Time-bounded contractor and vendor access
Entry and exit both recorded, so occupancy is real
Exportable audit trails for compliance reviews

Event Venues, Party Halls & Parking Operators

Hundreds of vehicles, one evening.

Guest parking and vehicle entry for venues and parking operations

An event compresses a month of gate traffic into four hours. Guests arrive at once, nobody knows the venue layout, and the people directing traffic have never met any of them. VeiloScan issues temporary access codes per event, verifies vehicles at entry, and keeps a record of what came in and when it left.

Venue parking usually runs on a printed guest list and shouted instructions. It falls apart the moment two events overlap or a guest arrives without being on anyone list.

How it works

  1. 1Issue temporary QR access for a specific event window
  2. 2Verify arriving vehicles at the entry point in seconds
  3. 3Codes expire when the event ends — nothing to clean up afterwards
Temporary, event-scoped guest parking codes
Anti-fraud vehicle verification at entry
Multiple concurrent events kept separate
Entry and exit records per event

FAQ

Choosing the right solution

What people ask before deciding which part of the platform fits their site.

Which VeiloScan solution do I need?

If you want to be reachable about your own parked vehicle, you need a QR sticker from the shop. If you manage a residential society or gated community, you need VeiloScan Society, which adds the guard app, visitor codes and the admin panel. Corporate campuses and event venues run on the same platform with access rules scoped to employees, contractors or a specific event.

Can one platform really serve societies and corporate campuses?

The underlying pieces are the same — a vehicle carries a code, a guard device verifies it, and an admin panel holds the directory. What differs is the rules layer: a society verifies against flats and residents, a campus verifies against employees and time-bounded contractor passes. Both run on the same verification core, which is why the guard experience is identical at either gate.

Do we need to buy special hardware for the gate?

No. The guard application runs on an ordinary Android phone. That keeps the cost of a second or third gate low, and means a broken device can be replaced the same day instead of through a procurement cycle.

What happens if the gate loses internet connectivity?

The guard app keeps an encrypted offline copy of the directory, so vehicle verification and entry marking continue during an outage and sync back when the connection returns. This matters more than most feature comparisons suggest — an app that stops working during an outage sends the gate straight back to waving vehicles through.

Can we start with one gate and expand later?

Yes, and it is the approach we recommend. Start at your busiest gate, run it alongside your existing process for a week, then extend. A pilot at the quiet gate will not surface the problems you need to find.
